Responsibilities of Reviewers
Responsibilities of Reviewers
Peer reviewers play an essential role in maintaining the quality and integrity of the Journal. By accepting an invitation to review, a reviewer agrees to the following:
- Treat the manuscript as a confidential document; do not share, distribute, or cite it.
- Declare any conflict of interest before accepting the assignment, and decline if impartiality cannot be guaranteed.
- Provide an objective, constructive, and evidence-based assessment within the agreed deadline.
- Avoid personal criticism of the authors and support all comments with clear reasoning.
- Alert the handling editor to any suspected research or publication misconduct.
- Disclose any AI tools used to assist with the review, and never upload the manuscript to external services that do not guarantee confidentiality.
